It feels like you're my big sis. Thanks for giving me the opportunity to attend the conference. I loved it, in fact, it was too short. I loved how open you were. You got me the moment you said all limitations were unreal and they only exist in our heads. I immediately put things into perspective and I have seen myself as being limit-free. My mind is free, I have been journaling my thoughts and focusing on me more. My prayers are centered on declarations towards my growth and development. I see myself as unstoppable, I have been writing down lots of ideas. Dr. Caudle was so real, I love her. We all have periods of self-doubt, low esteem... the differentiating factor is that we choose to focus on our strengths and how to keep moving forward. Precious's tips were indeed precious. I have started putting ideas down as to how to get better visibility, especially on LinkedIn. Thanks again for the amazing opportunity. I'll be speaking at your conference soon. You truly inspire me.

The “Women Without Guilt” conference, Dr Iyabo's first event was a resounding success and exceeded all expectations. I arrived in Atlanta excited about being on the panel with a fabulous group of women. We had all e-met on skype a few weeks earlier for a quick run through of the event and the power, warmth and energy was infectious. We had different personalities, backgrounds , skillsets and expertise but what was clear was our common passion for growing as women, giving back, empowering other women and our admiration and love for Iyabo.

Dr. Iyabo's Women Without Guilt Conference is the start of a much needed conversation. It was clear from the interactions and audience participation that women are longing for these types of real and true connections to unburden their hearts and spring forward. Dr Iyabo did a fabulous job of creating just the right safe space to allow that to happen. The supportive vibe in the room was powerful and you can't help but be inspired in this space.

I found out about the Women Without Guilt at exactly the right moment! Just beginning my third year of medical school of course I began thinking of the future and what I could possibly do with it. Everyone knows doubt easily comes into play when considering your future. The conference put me right in the face of excellence in the form of women who look like me, who are doing amazing things and succeeding in their careers while raising families, maintaining and building friendships and being their true self. It was a room full of wisdom, strength, honesty, perseverance, compassion and femininity!

All I can say about the Women Without Guilt conference is, it was Ah-mazing! Coming to the conference was a last minute decision, as I found out about it two days prior. But I say can it was one of the best decisions I made this year. As women, we all struggle with several issues regarding our careers, children, friendships and many others. This conference was designed to help women understand that they don't have to feel guilty but rather, they can choose to experience peace of mind and joy in their lives. Every panelist was so resourceful and honest about their own struggles and accomplishments. It was so wonderful and uplifting to see women come together and empower each other. I hope Dr. Iyabo and her team can do this again. And when she does, be sure not to miss it.
